Order Processing and Customization

We provide a customization service that includes a sourcing fee for the item being ordered. Once you place an order, you are entering into a binding agreement with us. Orders are processed promptly, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been processed.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Final Sales

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, as all sales are final, especially for made-to-order items.

Order Confirmation

We reserve the right not to confirm your order if we are unable to verify your information or if stock levels were incorrect at the time of your order.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Customs, taxes, and duties are not our responsibility. If you decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for additional shipping, taxes, duties, and/or custom charges incurred for the return shipment. Please note that vintage items may show varying degrees of wear and distressing.

Lost Shipments and Stolen Packages

RWRK STUDIO is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages. Customers must make claims directly with the appropriate carrier.

Import Duties and Taxes

RWRK STUDIO is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply, nor for any consequent delays. For more information, please contact your local postal service or customs office.
